Rosemary Roast Lamb

1.5kg roast
2tbs olive oil
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Rosemary
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic


  • Step 1 – Place roast in oven & bake for 30-40mins at 180C.
  • Step 2 – Surround half cooked roast with peeled vegies. Bake for a further 25-30mins till vegies are golden.
  • Step 3 – Put olive oil in small dish. Stir Gourmet Garden, Rosemary and Gourmet Garden Garlic.
  • Step 4 – Smear oil mixture over roast & vegies, bake for a further 5-10mins & drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
