Emberin has a commendable mission and I'm thrilled to see the owrk Maureen is doing. As a US expert in gender issues and communication for over 15 years, I agree that women need to build confidence to move ahead into the positions they are already qualified for. I also believe we must convince men of the business case for hiring and advancing women, and train them how to communicate with and manage women more effectively. It's a two0way street and we won't be successful treating only one side of the issue.
