Harlow Winter Kate Madden and Caleb James Bice are the best celebrity baby names of 2008, according to a poll taken on the popular website BabyNames.com. Harlow is the daughter of actress Nicole Richie and singer Joel Madden, while Caleb is the son of American Idol runner-up Bo Bice and his wife Caroline.

“The celebrities did pretty well this year in baby naming,” says BabyNames.com founder and CEO Jennifer Moss. “Harlow Winter Kate is a glamorous name, without being too unusual. Caleb James is a solid, old-fashioned name — Biblical, but not overused.”

Among the worst? For girls, it was Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg, daughter of actress Soleil Moon Frye and husband Jason Goldberg. For boys, Bronx Mowgli Wentz got the “Bronx Cheer” for worst boy’s name. Bronx Wentz is the new son of singer Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and rocker-bassist Pete Wentz of the band Fall Out Boy.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony topped the chart with the best twin names of the year with son Max and daughter Emme. Sawyer and Coco, twin daughters of actress Dianne Farr, got the least amount of votes in the twin category.
