In 2012 Uranus continues its journey through Aries, which favors innovative ideas and entrepreneurial ventures. Uranus then squares Pluto seven times between June 2012 and March 2015. The last time this happened was from 1931-34, a tumultuous period that included the Great Depression and the rise of Fascism. So expect more protests, rebellions and social upheaval. Plus prepare for a second recession, as the Uranian winds of change shake the world financial system [Australia will fare better than most other countries].
We are poised at a momentous point in history where we have the chance to reform political and economic systems, so they are more democratic and equitable – and the people who thrive will be the ones who can let go of the past and adapt to change. The fabulous trine between Jupiter and Pluto [in March] encourages us to find positive ways to transform our lives for the better.
